Formula X also known as Tyre Protector is the most effective tyre sealant available in the world. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, Tyre Protector is widely distributed across the world in over 40 countries.. The sealant, which remains in its gel like state for the life of the tyre, is professionally installed into the tyre through the valve stem after the removal of the valve core. A permanent layer is created by driving the vehicle under the speed of 40 km/hr for 10 km. The Formula X Gel coating protects your tyres from air leakage in an event of a puncture. Not just this, it automatically repairs the punctures when the nail is removed.

Composition and Origin
The formulation is now a Mono Propylene Glycol based water soluble tyre sealant mixed with 15 other non-toxic ingredients. The gel is manufactured in UK with an ISO 9001 certified quality process. The formulation is thixotropic, a feature that allows Formula X to withstand heat and shear forces created within a rotating Tyre. The thyrotrophic gel coat stretches and recovers under mild to severe exposure of the adverse forces and continuously clings to the inner surface of the tyre. The Formula X gel quantity is calculated based on the surface area of the tyre required to be coated. Our installation process ensures the weight is evenly distributed across the circumference of the tyre. The measured quantity, even weight distribution and the ability of the Formula X gel coat to sustain its form despite the challenges are the reasons why you can go puncture free without adversely affecting the tyre balance. Formula X Installation and DIY
Formula is preferably installed professionally by our authorized Channel Partners or Retail Partners who have been trained to do the job to perfection. We are in the process of expanding our Channel across India, so in case that we do not have an authorized channel or retail partner in your location, you can opt for the DIY packs (Formula X Do It Yourself packs) available through our official online store or official market place seller listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
